Levinstein Group is planning to build around 165 new apartments in 2 buildings - a 9-storey building and a 25-storey tower. The apartments will be a mix of 3-6 room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses. The project is located in the HaNasi complex in Givat Shmuel and offers an open view even from the lower floors. A 760 m2 commercial level will also be built on the ground floor and an underground parking garage.
