Levinstein, together with Elad Israel New Residence and Tzemach Hamerman, are promoting a unique Tel Avivian project combining commerce and around 630 residential units, which also includes affordable housing as part of a government initiative. The project will be built on the compound of Maccabi Jaffa’s former soccer stadium, in the southern part of the city, and is part of an extensive plan (TA/2725) situated between the streets Heinrich Heine (Shlavim Route), Nes Lagoyim, Nahal Sorek and Nahal Oz in Jaffa. The plan includes an overall area of around 160 dunams and the construction of around 1,460 residential units.
